Item was described as "used", "not tested", "dirty" and "for parts" - clearly whoever used this rather expensive piece of equipment in a laboratory setting failed to take proper care of it, but that's what eBay is good for ... picking up some good bargains!
This item arrived well-packed, undamaged and in a timely fashion.
I replaced the fuse and it is now working just fine.
