  Excellent transaction - very pleased. The machine and case exactly as described, all in excellent working order. The postage charges were perfect for Royal Mail tracked delivery, the packaging for transit was exceptionally good and the machine and case very well protected. The value of the machine for its age and condition was very competitively priced. In summary, a very successful purchase from responsible sellers who I would have no hesitation in recommending.   Got an email to say my parcel had been left in my back-garden. Did a thorough check - nothing there. Did a thorough check of my neighbour's back gardens - nothing there either. There is no way of ascertaining just where the parcel has been left - if indeed it has been actually delivered at all. No blame can be attributed to the seller because all sellers are at the mercy of couriers in whom they have to put their trust. Ironically, I was at home ALL day today and no one came to my door at all.

  The parcel had been left on the completely wrong back-door step in a different part of my village. The very kind householder took time out of her day to deliver the parcel to its correct recipient!! My thanks go out to that lady and also to Margaret, the seller, who was very concerned and helpful when she read my initial feedback.
