They provided as much information as possible to over come the misunderstanding.     I want to make one thing very clear, I AM NOT A SCAM. I am a very small US based business with an impeccable reputation for my work. I apologize that your item has not arrived. USPS gave me a delivery date of February 1st, 2025. Your item was shipped on time and was shipped in the manner you requested, USPS Ground. I provided you with the USPS Tracking Number and I have no control over your parcel once it leaves my hands. If you had bothered to check the tracking you would see it is on its way!

    Arrived quickly, packed well, and exactly as pictured and described. I really appreciate buying a stone that originated in the USA, was cut by an American trained and based lapadarist who is able to tell me details about the stone. Van is truly a skilled American Craftsman. I plan to buy again from his shop of artisans and encourage others to do the same. A++++. Thank you for a wonderful transaction.
