  Not received item even though it has been payed for. Seller won’t even re send and has lied to eBay saying Iv received my parts when I have not. Bad customer service, bad company and they won’t even refund me. Abysmal

  Unfortunately Daniel entered an incorrect address into checkout, and was very upset that it couldn't be changed en-route - there isn't a courier nor mail company that can do this and sent us very aggressive and offensive messages. The item was delivered to the address provided by Daniel, but he felt outraged that his mistake should be covered by us. He left this feedback after losing his case with eBay (under buyer requirement policy - use the correct address).
