  It was a process to have it shipped and took a while. It was a bit dirtier than displayed but other than that I couldn't be happier. My daughter's nickname is Poopsie and she somehow found this on Google and I knew I had to get it. The communication was good and the overall experience was good

  The listing stated the item was 3.25 inches tall and what I received is only 2.5 inches tall. Not what I ordered and if you can't fulfill my order I want my money refunded. I trusted you to send me what purchased and I feel like I was deceived. Please do the right thing.
