I initially thought we got the wrong item when packaged arrived. Then, I recalled seller did say something like may be repackaged and not in original box for shipping. Would buy from seller again.

Shipping was very quick (same state as seller). Piano was as described, matching the pictures. Given the retail price of this piano, I'd say it was a win/win transaction.
