  The seller was excellent. The rice pot I ordered arrived very quickly and was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I was ordering from Japan so expected it to take weeks, but my package arrived just 3 days after my order was placed. The seller was very responsive and helpful in helping me with my order in Ebay messaging. There were no extra import fees and a very smooth process. Highly recommend.

  This seller is one of my favorites. They ship quickly. The items are well packed. In fact the ones I have received are in their original packaging. The cocotte is new as described. Considering it’s a color that is discontinued and that I wanted I have to say it is a good value.
