  The item was delivered as described. UPS was 3 days late but not seller's fault. The A/C compressor was installed and works beautifully! Excellent seller and communication. Now I have a cool house again. Thank you!

  EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY way! Packaging was superb, shipped fast, control board in old stock box that showed its age but everything inside in perfect condition from appearances (haven't installed yet) and included wiring diagrams and instructions! Item described and NOS and it was indeed! Great value, hope to do business with this seller again!!! PS: I didn't receive the Christian pamphlet in my package so if you want to send me one I'd like to have one. God bless!

  Other than it taking forever to get here( not the sellers fault), it was exactly as described and exactly what I needed. Packaging was great, and since I could not find this exact motor ANYWHERE it was a great deal. Thank you very much
