  The books and DVD set arrived quickly and were both packaged very well so there wasn't any damage while in the mail. They were in excellent shape and as described by the seller. Very happy with the price and with this seller! Seller was very kind to communicate to me that the items in this set would be arriving in two packages (seller discovered they had forgotten to include one of the books and sent 2nd package right away).   Items arrived but only 7 forks were received. The picture showed 8 forks. Did one get left out if the ziplock bag they were shipped in? There was a tear in the bag but the shipping box was intact. Please check to see if one fork was not shipped. Thanks
