  The box was in perfect new condition, and it arrived quickly with no issues. I was happy to be able to purchase this full set at a reasonable price as most others were charging far above retail. The shipping was a bit pricey as it was shipped overseas but understandable. Every care bear looked perfect, sealed and brand new. Great experience with this seller.

  Seller shipped the item, supposedly, then said the item was defective- real vague. Said they needed to cancel and refund, which is fine. But then put in the reason for canceling was that I asked to cancel, which isn't true. Just shady business and dishonest. I wasn't going to leave any feedback until they lied saying I asked to cancel, which isn't the truth and a violation of ebay policy.

  We informed you that we discovered a defect in the item before shipping it (if the seller had already shipped the item, the defect would not have been detected). Therefore, after discussing with you, you requested a refund, and we promptly issued the refund. Since there is no “defect found” option in eBay’s menu, we selected the “buyer requested refund” option. As eBay’s listings and activities are handled by people and are not perfect, proper understanding from the buyer is sometimes required.

  I was hesitant about ordering a DVD from South Korea however I received it very quickly it was an excellent brand new condition as advertised it was well packaged I got a great deal I'm very satisfied I look forward to buying from the seller again because he has he offers hard to find DVDs at a good price thank you so much
