  Cancelled my order for a "pricing error" after I asked when it would ship. Marked the refund as "customer requested" even though I didn't.

  Poor communication, takes days to reply. Never sent the item. Refund took eBay to step in. Can't believe this company is in business.

  I have never received the items. Their site said they have two units so I ordered two units. They charged me over $1,000 for them immediately then later said they only had one unit. After checking with their supplier it would be over three months for them to be in stock. They said they were refunding but then said their was a problem with the refund. Still do not have the merchandise or the items. Reputable companies only charge a credit card when they verify the order is being shipped.

  long delay in shipping received partial order which is not matching and is damaged these people are not good sellers do not buy from them still waiting for refund the bad weight sent is painted not stainless and seal is punched out meaning its bad
