  Not my first time to be here but always good service and good product. Packaging is always good. It’s just like described for an original replacement part at a low price. Good packing for shipping.

  The item, price, and packing were not the issue. The seller's package drop-off location choice was sketchy at best. The seller chose a Dollar General as the shipping drop-off location and of course the "service" was sketchy and they lost the package and only found it after the seller went back to see what happened. The seller did the right thing for me to go check on it after eBay automatically put in a message saying that I never received the package. I did eventually get my item and works good

  We are no longer using Dollar General for our FedEx drop point. It is our only choice in our area. So, we no longer ship FedEx. FedEx tracing is poor and communication is impossible. Our buyer suffered the delay though no fault of their own. We learn something new every day. Thanks for your incredible patience!
