    Ordered a half-slip in size XXL (18-20 UK) and 15 inches in length, but when my other half and I received it, she found that it was oversized and consequently much too big. I therefore returned the item for a refund using the Post Office ‘signed for’ option, and when it was delivered the seller duly signed for it. However, despite three reminders, the seller never issued the refund that was due. This was appallingly poor service, and the only appropriate feedback is definitely a negative.

    Hi there, I am truly sorry for your disappointment and posts aren't signed by anyone, they just drop them in the post box. My site was on holiday mode as I had to attend a family emergency. I have refunded you though. Thank you

    Took 15 days to receive a poor quality material & badly made petticoat. Seller did not respond to my message asking where my item so no point in contacting them regarding my disappointment with my purchase. Would definitely not buy this item again

    Hi, thank you for your purchase. You have purchased this item while I was on holiday and ebay clearly states on the top of the page that this seller is away until ...date. That explains the delay in delivering the item.
