They arrived in internally damaged boxes, and were greasy. Almost as if they had been returned once before. I explained that I simply wanted some understanding that I had purchased brand new products, and wanted to see them in that condition upon opening. And yes ultimately they were undamaged, but that wasn't the point of concern
