Not only did the seller make contact to confirm exact part required, as soon as the postal tracking was lost at their end they made contact to check if it had arrived and offer to dispatch a replacement that day!   My experience wasn't all positive, but it wasn't the sellers fault that the courier company (TNT Fed Ex) "lost" my part. Not sure how you lose an 8 foot long driveshaft?!? Contact wasn't consistent, but the seller did reach out and explain what happened in detail which I appreciated. The resent item arrived overnight. I have since had the driveshaft installed in my car and it is working perfectly. Overall, I would purchase from this seller again.
