  To my surprise they were loosely in a packet, and one of the tip came off. I have ordered the same items a few times from the same seller, it never happened before. They sent one additional item, so I had 30 pens intact, that's why I didn't contact them. However when I order the item again next time, I will consider to find a new seller.
