  This seller listed a used item as new and I could have bought a brand new one at the same price had I known and that one is now gone. Soooo many sellers on eBay now are listing items in better condition than they should which is wrong! This seller also doesn't accept returns, thankfully since the item was not as described I got my money back. Poor sellers like this are driving away customers from good sellers and hurting eBay. It is shameful!
