  The seller informed me that there was a mailing mix up and refunded me. I totally appreciate the communication and the speed in which I was refunded, and hence, am giving the seller positive reviews and would purchase from them again. Curiously, FedEX informed me the package was “delivered”, but I did not receive it.

  Very cute bag! I am so happy I went with this one. I absolutely love the material. Arrived brand new, with tags, in a bag, as stated. The price was well worth it. The bag has ample room to put everything you may need to go out for the day, to the doctor's, or anywhere really. The bag came from Amazon, however I would like people to keep in mind that Amazon sellers also sell on eBay. This eBayer did a fantastic job in getting my item to me promptly & without problems.   The quality of the item itself isn't the best (a few manufacturing blemishes), but overall, for this price, I can't complain. And the seller shipped it out extremely promptly; it arrived a day after being shipped. A+ Seller.

  They contacted me before delivery of the item showed updates on item location and refunded me due to some mix up in their warehouse. They must've wrote down the wrong address because after numerous days the tracking did say that the item was delivered via FedEx but never arrived here to my location. I thank them for notifying me early of the mix up. They did apologize, warmly. I'll give them a positive for great customer service.
