  An excellent seller. With good communication, having informed me that the size I originally ordered had sold out, was offered the next size up backpack, which I accepted. It was promptly despatched, arriving on time and exactly as described. A really good service provided by the seller, and I will be happy to buy from this seller again.

  Quality item delivered in good condition excellent appearance and value for money .Also excellent communication and swift delivery.My order showed a fault in manufacture I contacted seller and item was exchanged for another with out any problems he even paid for the return of the faulty unit ,I will buy from this seller again and tell my friends too he deserves 10 stars

  Item was delivered well packaged and exactly as described. We did have a slight issue with delivery but it was resolved quickly. The seller was in constant contact with me and also offered me a partial refund as way of an apology for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated. Overall a decent seller and would recommend.

  Great quality item and even better communication with seller item colour o wanted was not available was contacted same day offered different colour with refund on price difference or cancel order took option for different colour processed and refund on difference done almost immediately can’t fault seller even let me know when it was out for delivery highly recommend seller on these points alone
