  Order taken, paid & accepted, then the seller said they had a problem with the current batch and would be unable to dispatch so I accepted a refund. When only a day later I saw the seller had relisted the same item but not at the same price of £4.07 but at an increased price of £5.68.😡 When asked why they hadn’t honoured my order they said they had to get them from a different supplier 😡😡 …..the next day !!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and an ever changing story about stock and supply availability.

  Found the sellers page lay out a bit confusing with the result of selecting the incorrect item. Yes inconvenience as I’ll still need to make the correct purchase however I made contact with seller and after a very brief back and forth in messages they did not hesitate to offer a full refund. It’s greatly appreciated and I thank them for the quick resolve.

  I bought 2 mugs, shown in the first photo. The next 2 photos show what I received. Had to escalate to eBay for a satisfactory result. Seller reluctant to engage. Mistakes happen but a good seller would work with the customer to resolve it in a positive manner. When is a mug not a mug ? When you have the eBay buyer protection scheme. Thank you eBay. It is good to know you have our backs.
