  This is a dishonest business. Before placing the order, they said they wanted brand new products without any defects. However, half of the products they received were defective, with damage and stains. However, they did not receive any response after sending an email to inquire about the situation. This business is a dishonest business.

  Our team offered a full refund upon return of the items, but the buyer declined to send them back and instead requested additional discounts.   Hat was shipped in an envelope vs a box as it should have been. Result was a very damaged hat with creases and a warped brim. Also charged $8 to ship an envelope. I’m unable to use it and am out the $ because the seller never responded to either of my messages. Would have preferred a resolution vs. this, but it was out of my hands. If buying a hat from them, beware.
