  The item arrived quickly, communication was good, but item was not packaged to protect the thin cardboard container for the LaBubu and so it was damaged. Mailing this in a bubble wrap envelope was not enough to protect it, and that was disappointing as it was to be a gift. I have not opened the box, so I do not know if the item is/was as described.

  The box was a little bent up but it arrived on time it was as described and in a bag so know one would know what the package was. Thank you my granddaughter will love it.

  First one was smashed to bits. So, he sends me another, also smashed. Then blames me for it. Poorly wrapped and protected, with nothing marking it as fragile, or containing glass. Now, no communication. I would NOT recommend buying from this person.

  This seller is a scam artist. Huge issue and I’m partly to blame. I had the wrong item delivered. Reached out to seller. Said to return it to him and he would send another. I stated I just wanted a refund. I’m a seller as well so I asked him to send the address that the package was supposed to go and I would ship it there directly. I paid the shipping and he was supposed to refund me my item plus my shipping cost. NEVER GOT MY SHIPPING EXPENSES REFUNDED. I was scammed and put the money. HORRIBLE

  The listing and description don't line up, was expecting 4 packs of the cores as the description states but unfortunately it only came with 1 single sample core, a bit frustrating but otherwise came as expected, nicely packaged and definitely brand new just disappointing going to have to spend more money and order more cores to start:/ Contacted them 2 days ago now and still haven't heard back about this.
