  Vendeur réactif, communicatif et courtois. Article emballé avec soin et envoyé rapidement. Seul point à améliorer : j'aurais aimé que l'on donne une estimation des frais de douane que j'ai payés à la livraison (25€ avec Chronopost).

  Thanks for the feedback. Surprised to learn there was an additional customs fee as the tax was calculated at checkout. We rely on eBay to get the international tax details correct. We recorded the details on the postage slip. I note most countries exclude books from VAT.
