  Item as described and packaged very nicely. Seller was very helpful as there were a couple problems with shipping due to my location in Hawaii. Seller was very communicative and even offered a refund due to a small mix up. All around, great experience and would buy from them again!

  Blaster was sold as advertised, in a good and functional condition. Pricing was acceptable between both the toy itself and the shipping fee. Packaging was well put together, the item was not damaged between locations. Very good experience.

  I ordered the product around midnight and it was shipped within the next 12 hours. I received shipping updates and the straightener was received in a timely fashion (the 1 day delay was caused by the USPS, not the seller). It was well packed, arrived undamaged, looks new and so far works perfectly. I’m very happy with both the seller and the Straight Ahead tool.

  Thank you so much for this teapot!!! This is the second time I've tried to order one of these because my great aunt has a matching one I love & the one I ordered elsewhere arrived shattered. This one was INCREDIBLY well packaged! Packing paper on the inside and several thick layers of bubble wrap on the outside. It's in amazing condition! High shipping price is absolutely justified.

  Bowl arrived as described. Bowl was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap before boxing. Appropriate shipping charges were charged considering the delicate nature of the bowl and it arrived in beautiful shape. Owner was great to work with and would gladly buy from again.
