  Wrong item was sent to me which the seller agreed to swap out if I returned it but unfortunately ended up refunding me instead after returning the item which I would have kept for a slightly discounted price. Either way, seller refunded me the full amount.

  shipping took a really long time, apparently the package was returned to sender for some reason but the seller was very communicative and the item arrived eventually. was packaged great - would buy from seller again! thank you.

  Unfortunately, the condition of this Pop came in severely damaged because of the way it was sent to me in a bag instead of a box. To the sellers credit a sticker saying fragile was on it, but with USPS, theres no way it was goinf to be ok. After contacting the seller and showing them the pictures of the condition in which it was received they issued me a full refund and absolutely rectified the situation. I don't know if I'll be able to display him with my others, but they did right by my order.
