Where’s the communication with buyers? Honestly, I’m not sure what should even be adjusted in this service rating.

I initiated a return, seller gaslit me then lowballed w/a partial refund (still way too expensive per single postcard) & said if I didn’t accept eBay would decide. I waited til I could escalate, decision came back in my favor the same day. Prepaid return label received, items returned, waiting for refund.
