  Highly recommend this seller! The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 arrived right on time. When I noticed a battery issue, I contacted the seller and they replied immediately, offering a partial refund. When I asked for a slightly larger amount, they agreed without hesitation. Their communication was fantastic and they were a pleasure to deal with.

  This seller was great. We had some minor issues which the seller was the first to admit the mistake and take action. The delivery was fast and the seller was great. I would definitely recommend this seller. Cannot complain for the price and the condition. And it comes with a years warranty with the seller. Couldn't ask for anything better. Would use this seller again. Thank you.

  Was not a pristine unboxed unused phone otherwise it's fine. The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.
