  Was not a pristine unboxed unused phone otherwise it's fine. The screen is scratched in several places, and it's clearly a well used phone. It was shipped in a jiffy bag with a single layer of additional bubble wrapped. Zero customer service - basically told that I can go fish for any sort of partial refund, knowing that sending it back is going to cost me time and effort that really isn't worth it over £20. Buyer beware, this seller is quite happy to describe his items incorrectly.

  The product didn't arrive as I expected it to. But I can't fault Travco Tel in other aspects, he communicated well, and he tried his best to resolve the issue and offered a partial refund. Unfortunately this just didn't work for me, he created no hassle for refund on return and I applaud him for his swift action. I would definitely be open to purchasing with him again. And it's a shame this transaction didn't go as either of us expected. But wonderful dealing with him otherwise

  Phone arrived in excellent condition, as described, and in perfect working order. However, I'd suggest more robust packaging, e.g. a box rather than padded envelope. All good otherwise.

  Item arrived on time and is as described the packing could've been a touch better as 1 of the edges was asking for trouble don't get me wrong it wasn't damaged but all it needed was bad handling at my pick up point. I'm very pleased with it tho considering getting another thanks
