  Points for speed on delivery BUT the packing for shipping was very much neglected. The box was too small for the item so it got crushed in one side and because there was no protection inside the box when I cut into it very lightly, I still cut into the item and scratched the box it came with. VERY disappointing. If you don’t care about the things you are selling then why bother? Plus the images on the page did not reflect the reality. see pics attached (that rope is NOT NEW)
