  The game I ordered was "new in box". When I opened the item it was defective. I took some photos and sent to the seller. The seller was amazing. The responded very quick.. They did not have a replacement on hand and processed a refund within hours of my first email. I am very glad I chose them for the initial purchase. I would definetley buy from them again based on the service they provided me.
