  Found a note in the package stating that TVD found a copy of one of the programs to have a loose and very scratched disk and that they contacted the producer to send me a copy directly from them AND they apologized. The apology was 100% unnecessary, that was FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you TVD!
