  I've never come across Talavera pottery in this periwinkle color, and despite putting them in a huge box with near endless buffering paper and bubble wrap, the mail carrier managed to drop it in such as way as to break one. The seller was immediately responsive, told me just what to do for the insurance claim, and issued a total refund within a day or two. I want to thank her for her quick response, and for helping to make the whole experience much, much easier than usual. Bravo!
