  AS advertised. Item ordered 20 Feb, shipping label made Feb 21, a week later no further shipping activity. I notified the seller. They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.

  The flag is beautiful and just as shown. The package came well protected so the item was in perfect condition. It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++

  Item just as described; well packed for shipment; shipping time was abominable, but perhaps that was the fault of USPS (was apparently lost as shipment began). But T-W-C was responsive when contacted and may have shipped a replacement unit. All's well now.

  Had a defective item when it arrived. I contacted the seller, and they were very apologetic. Although it took a little time, seller delt with it professionally. They sent me a new replacement with a return shipping label for the defective one. I'm happy and would buy from them again. Thats what should happen when there is a problem. As long as sellers work with you, be patient. They rate very positive feedback to me.

  My Mexican FLAG arrived fast but some of the colors didn't match the one listed. Seller said he/she would send me the right flag and a return label but 2 weeks later, no new flag, no return label. I wouldn't buy again from this seller.

  Absolutely a great Seller! Item arrived in a damaged package, which was the fault of USPS not Seller. I contacted Seller and he/she immediately resent another item. I was very impressed.
