  AS advertised. Item ordered 20 Feb, shipping label made Feb 21, a week later no further shipping activity. I notified the seller. They IMMEDIATELY to action, no questions asked, and shipped or reshipped items. However, it still took until March 13 for the items to arrive. I believe the first part of this was the sellers fault, but the second was the USPS. I give the highest marks to the seller for taking quick action to do what they could to rectify the problem to the best of their ability.

  The flag is beautiful and just as shown. The package came well protected so the item was in perfect condition. It’s a quality flag, very well made and worth the price easily. There was a shipping issue, but seller responded quickly and shipped me a new item at no cost. I am very satisfied and would absolutely do business again! A++++++

  Quality was ok but appearance was terrible because so munch ink distortion through out the whole flag, that it didn’t resemble the advertised picture of it! Condition was new in factory sealed package. Price was good if only it would have been as the advertised image. So no I wouldn’t recommend this product for that reason. But I would still recommend this Seller! Because I reached out and sent them pictures and they responded back. They also provided a paid return label and refunded my money.

  Item received was not as described. Contacted seller and sent picture of item received. Seller sent a replacement item that was what I ordered and a return label to return the incorrect item. Fast shipping and willing to make the transaction correct. Would do business with again. Good eBayer.

  Excellent seller to deal with! Delayed shipping due to Post Office, received additional item that I didn’t order that had same shipping label, had to pay postage due to keep item I ordered. Great customer service, when contacted, they apologized, told me to keep other item and refunded postage i had to pay. Would definitely do business with again, very pleased with this seller and would highly recommend! A+++++!!!!!

  I did not get the hat that I ordered & wanted, however, seller sent me a note explaining the hat was out of stock and would send it to me when it was back in stock. Seller also sent me 2 hats as a gift while I wait on the hat that I wanted and ordered. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to getting the hat I originally ordered. I recommend seller. I will follow up when I receive the original hat that I ordered.
