  Item was wrapped in bubble wrap but was crushed because it was mailed in a plastic mail bag instead of a box. Photos were taken, seller contacted, reply was immediate and a full refund was given. Seller was informed about shipping collectibles in boxes in the future and they agreed they would so, hopefully, the lesson has been learned to prevent future damages. So, despite the damage, I would have to recommend the seller due to good communication and customer service.
