  I ordered a certain brand of hand lotion to replace the one I have been using. The 2 bottles came in a timely way & were adequately packaged. However items did not look like the picture on the listing. At first I thought the order might be wrong. But when wording & ingredients on the new bottles were compared with one I had on hand, they matched. Evidently the same product, just with an updated bottle design. To avoid confusion, seller should update the picture to match the product being sold.

  Seller Sucks I ordered Gold fish crisp as was displayed in photo in listing and in description. I got gold fish flakes. Reached out 3 times asking him to please send correct item ordered with return label to send flakes back. Seller never responded. Will definitely not buy from them again.

  Seller immediately sent me a message saying the item was out of stock and within a couple of hours I had a refund added to my PayPal. I understand someone having problems with their inventory. Seller handled the problem and I'm happy. Have no problem ordering more items from him.

  My item was suppose to be delivered to me by Feb 4th. As of Feb 14th I still never got it. I messaged this seller three times asking when my order would ship and when to expect it but they never answered my messages. . I got an email saying it finally shipped Feb 5th but had no tracking number! I finally had to contact ebay customer service to get my money refunded. I don't recommend doing business with this seller.
