  Ordered sheet and pillowcases set. Sheet arrived the next day but had to contact the seller to find out where pillowcases were. After sending photos of the package received. I received them around a week later. They were a slightly different shade to the sheet. All items were sky blue as opposed to duck egg and different to the photo on the listing but nice anyway and after all the messing couldn’t be bothered sending the back.

  Reluctantly i have had to leave Negative Feedback. The towels were not as dark as shown in the picture. I opened a return but was unable to download returns label. Seller was not very friendly in communication and called me a difficult person, if expecting items to be as advertised and shown then yes i am difficult. I always pay immediately and i expect what i pay for. The towels have gone into a charity shop as i do not like them. I like dark charcoal not light which they sent

Secondly. you could have returned the towels, but you wanted to keep the towels as well as wanted a full refund , I am afraid, it doesn't work like this.
