Supposedly Royal Mail tracked service, but even on 19Jan they don't seem to know that they have already delivered it, saying "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"! Short story: Good seller let down by Royal Mail; seller should use a better tracked delivery (eg 24 or 48 hour) so that buyer can see the intermediate points.
