  Item as described. It arrived quickly. Strange tracking service (No update for 10 days. On day 11 it had arrived in the country, day 12 delivered). I sent a query to the seller to which I received a quick response assuring me everything was in order. I recommended this seller and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  I have ordered from this seller several times in the past, all of my experiences were positive & this time wasn't an exception. The seller send the package in less than 2 days, it was packaged well & protected with several layers. It arrived in mint condition. The items themselves, Tea, PG Tips & Twining's have A very long expiry date and are sealed well. I wish all the sellers on ebay would conduct themselves in the professional manner & take their job seriously as this sellers do, Thanks!!

  Shipment was packed well, came in excellent condition & 100% as stated in the listing. Even though the shipping companies/post offices took forever, the seller shipped swiftly & was very responsive when the order had not arrived. As you can see, I did get it in great condition.   This seller is the BEST one on eBay. He knows and understand his business. The package was well wrapped up in a way only the receiver can open. Very well done. I was very pleased and happy with my item the way it arrived no damaged no licks no nothing thank you so very much. The cream has a very good smell not too strong not less only the real amount.
