  I ordered pack of 3 long reach grabbers, but received 3 toilet brushes! by mistake. I contacted seller, through ebay and included a photo of the wrong items. Seller replied within 24 hrs. I Sent back the wrong items and was refunded. I've ordered again, hopefully it will be correct this time. While it's disappointing to get the wrong item, I accept it happens. It was quickly dealt with by the seller.

  Delivered to wrong address and seller didn’t help at all tells me it had been delivered with proof. Tried to explain that the picture wasn’t my house but still no help. Only received parcel because I know my postman and he sorted it for me and found the house it was delivered to. Giving a positive because price was good and item is spot on. If I order again you might need to listen to the customers a bit more instead of automated message.
