  Delivered to wrong address and seller didn’t help at all tells me it had been delivered with proof. Tried to explain that the picture wasn’t my house but still no help. Only received parcel because I know my postman and he sorted it for me and found the house it was delivered to. Giving a positive because price was good and item is spot on. If I order again you might need to listen to the customers a bit more instead of automated message.

  Super-fast delivery, well packed and reasonable quality. However buyer beware misleading marketing leads you into thinking you will receive 24 pairs of gloves when in fact you only receive 24 single gloves ie 12 pairs. Read the description carefully. Don't get caught out. All other sellers sell as pairs. As should The -shop-zone.

  Initially the item delivered was not the amount I had ordered. But after I sent the required proof I was offered a partial refund which was acceptable. Having said that the customer service was excellent and I now would not hesitate to use this company again in the future A+ for customer service and communication

  The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered. I reached out to them, and they were kind enough to discuss the issue and agreed to refund 50%, which I appreciate. They are a good seller, but I would suggest taking extra care in checking items before listing and shipping. I also noticed that several other customers have faced similar issues, so improving this process would make the experience even better.
