  HORRIBLE SELLER!! Bought this queen mattress bed as holiday company was coming. Three days after paying and receiving tracking number, I received a refund with no explanation whatsoever. When I contacted seller, she said she "lost" the item, but used the tracking number for somebody else and another pkg (???). For 5 days now, I have received shipment tracking and history updates showing this mattress pad was delivered to someone in another state. THIS SELLER GOES ON THE BLACK LIST.

  I did not send someone else your bed pad, I've never found it, I send my son a pillow... I had just moved, mom in law in critical condition in hosp (I'm her care giver) and I did reply best as time would allow... Once again I am so very sorry I lost your item, AND YES this buyer was refunded IN FULL IMMEDIATELY...
