  Item was packaged well and received as described. However, USPS delayed the item and I didn’t receive until two weeks later than expected. When I opened a claim with eBay, seller did not respond to the item not arrived request and there appeared to be a breakdown in communication.

  Item was as described, new and in perfect condition. Was packaged perfectly, very well protected. Definitely recommend seller. Seller shipped on schedule as promised, but a little disappointed with the USPS delivery performance - about 4 days later than USPS estimated delivery date. Guess should have expected given Christmas season.

  Frozen 2 castle was all my 3 year old daughter wanted for Christmas.. It was unfortunately sold out everywhere. I luckily came across this seller 1 week before Christmas. I messaged them, explained the situation, & asked if I could pay extra to have the item expedited. The seller replied back to me within minutes!   Quick ship! Item is as described! Poor packing. No protective wrap on a high price item. Should’ve been in a bigger box & wrapped in bubble wrap or packing paper. Thankfully no damage. Do better!
