  Customer service was extremely good. First time ordering from eBay Japan and probably won't be the last. Shipping time was incredibly quick and the seller worked with on any issues I had. I was also given confirmation when the package was sent out. Laptop arrived as shown in the pictures and everything looks to be in order. Laptop was packaged extremely well and I got a really good deal for what I got. I would highly suggest this seller if your looking for something from eBay Japan.

  Very well packaged for shipping from Japan to the UK, with speedy and professional turnaround. The item was exactly as described and pictured, and sold for a very reasonable price with additional authentic cables. I am impressed with the seller and I’m very happy with my machine—I am already well underway using it and it arrived only a little while ago! Highly recommend.   The package was packed well enough to ensure the figures were not damaged. Shipping took about a week. Everything I received was exactly as I expected and was of great quality. Getting figures in the U.S. can be difficult due to resalers but I believe that the price was fair and not exorbitant, unlike many resalers on ebay. I would recommend them if you are looking for a reputable seller!

  Delivered on time and even earlier than expected. All of accessories in the description are delivered with a very good condition. The packaging is tight and safe, and well protected from inside. The quality of the product is worth the price, and it is very useful as a backup machine or server debugging machine.
