  I have had a pleasurable experience with the seller and I appreciate their help. While the item arrived quickly, and they did their best to to protect it, the statue arrived broken. Honestly, the damage looks like it came from factory so even more of a reason to not hold any ill will to the seller. They refunded my money as soon as I let them know. I would be more then happy to purchase from them again.
