  The photos used were not of the item that was shipped to me, there was a small crack at the bottom of the UMD door and that made the door slightly tilted. However the rest of the PSP was in perfect condition and fully functional. I messaged the seller about the problem with the UMD door and they offered a partial refund and I accepted it as it wasn't a major flaw and everything else was as advertised. I recommened this seller!

  Excellent seller, shipped and delivered very quickly from Japan to US and packaged extremely well, wrapped in LAYERS of bubble wrap. Cosmetically it looked better than the listing and how it was described, excellent value. I also contacted them for more pictures and they did not hesitate and sent them rather quickly. Only downside is the power button feels weird and the screen is just a tad bit yellow. But they were very transparent with the yellow screen in the descriso they get bonus points.

  I love this seller. Above and beyond. For all of my orders, they ship insanely quick, the packaging is excellent, and everything is always as described. For this particular order, classic FedEx lost a package (a very large and heavy package). The seller opened a claim, 10 days later I ask for an update and they say fedex hasn't responded, but the seller still gives me a full refund regardless. I'm insanely grateful, thank you.

  Seller went way above and beyond! Shipping was free, required a signature, and arrived from Japan to the US in less than 3 days! The console was perfectly packaged. The console was exactly as described. It was also the best deal I have seen for this item. 10/10 seller!

  Came in nearly flawless condition, especially for the price. Somehow even better than the images let on. Well packed as well. Ordered Saturday night and delivered to my home in the US by Wednesday evening. Minor yellowing on the screen, as suggested in the item description, but nothing horrible.
