  I had a fantastic experience with this seller. My original item was unavailable, but they offered an identical replacement. Even though I didn't respond for a while, they messaged me daily. When I finally replied, they were very understanding and sent the replacement immediately. It arrived quickly, and the packaging was excellent and even a thank-you note.

  Haven’t completely set it up yet still waiting for other things to show up in the mail. However this thing was packaged very well with the upmost care and it is as described. Shipping took a while but that was expected considering it came from Japan. I believe I got a good value for this product as it’s in very very nice condition. I’m very excited to play some Megadeth and Iron Maiden.
