  I was originally sent the incorrect band from what I ordered. After contacting the seller, they offered a partial refund and I keep the wrong band. However the band was leopard print and I do not like leopard print (personal preference) I asked for either a full refund or to send me the correct band I would send the leopard print back. The seller sent me the correct band and to just keep the incorrect band. Thank you so much for rectifying the issue!

  The product is exactly as described. Fast service and excellent customer service! I received my iPhone cover but unfortunately one of the rhinestones was missing. I emailed the seller and explained the issue. The seller was very quickly to respond to my email and resolved the issue by quickly replaced me with another iPhone cover with all the rhinestones intact. Highly recommend to buy products from this seller! And with that, I ordered more phone covers for my sisters!

  Item arrived as described and am very pleased. Seller did a great job shipping - next day 1/10. However, item was picked up by ZDA Express 1/10 but did not deliver to USPS until 1/21. Now three days later it has arrived by USPS. I would NEVER use ZDA for anything. Very pleased with the seller and USPS but certainly not ZDA Express.
