It's horrible! Not only did they ignore my letter, but they also sold me a fake NECA Predator figure, more than the original one costs! Plus, they are using the pictures of Prey Predator on the official NECA website as a scam. I reported the error and the scam to the seller with pictures, but we couldn't reach an agreement and they didn't respond to my messages! I warn everyone not to choose this seller to buy a Predator figure!
