  I have ordered from this seller repeatedly and will continue to do so. I ordered several figures for my son for his birthday recently, sort of last minute. Emailed the seller to ask if he would upgrade the shipping if I paid more so it could get here on time. He upgraded it for free. Got here in plenty of time and he even sent along a poster as a nice little surprise for my son’s birthday. The order’s are always packed really well and I have always received items exactly how they are described.

  I ordered a series 2 Dropbot here. The price was okay and on the pictures the figure looked like it was in a good state. After a very long time of waiting (which may be fair because of the long distance shipping, I received others from the US way quicker though) all I got was a damaged product which was overall in a very used shape. The broken peace was not in the packaging which makes be believe it was damaged before it was sent. A request for a refund is also taking long in the process.
